Boost for luxury house sales in Hout Bay

Light at the end of the tunnel for another tough year in the Cape Town property market.

The Hout Bay team secured a number of sales in the last 6 months of 2019, 4 of which were concluded in one week. The star of the show however was agent Dion Oliveira who succeeded in selling one of the most expensive houses in 2019 within a 23 day period.

What were the key factors behind the success of this sale?

Instantly the property attracted buyers from near and far with 3 sets of buyers viewing in one afternoon, secured that day by a couple from Austria. 6 parties looked at the property, 5 of which were international. An early start to the buying season for international buyers. Keen to be in by Christmas, it was a team effort between Knight Frank and Frank Holland & Associates to make this tight time frame work. We were successful.
