A formidable partnership, Richard & Teresa have strong expertise in Camps Bay and Bakoven with a number of properties for sale on their books.

As well as expertise in Camps Bay and Bakoven, Richard has spent many years in the luxury end of the Atlantic Seaboard market working closely with Gail Gavrill, known for being highly successful in the Atantic Seaboard market, especially in off plan sales from Fresnaye & Bantry Bay, through to Clifton. Gail has now opened up a satellite office for Knight Frank in Plettenberg Bay. Richard originally hails from Nigeria but has made Cape Town his home after many years of residing in the Mother City.
Teresa, originally from the UK, has spent much of her career in Hout Bay where she is a resident. Over the years, Teresa has expanded her knowledge of the Atlantic Seaboard whilst gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in her previous role, based in Camps Bay.
