On a visit to Dublin, Ireland, a couple of years ago, my wife and I spotted the name Knight Frank Estate Agents on a notice-board. We recognised that we had seen that name around many regions of the Cape’s property market. We knew then that Knight Frank was indeed a reputable international brand.
Last September, we decided to sell our flat in Rondebosch and buy a smaller one in the same area. We got in touch with Carmen Maher and Misty Kesting who handle Knight Frank’s residential market here.
