This communal house is looking for a Single Professional Male, to share the house. In a semi-detached cottage. It consists, of a small kitchenette, Lounge/Dining room, bedroom with cupboard space, and a separate bathroom, with shower, basin, and toilet. There is a separate entrance to the cottage from the garden.

The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, all occupied by gentlemen. The Lounge, dining room, kitchen, covered back yard and established garden are shared by all the occupants in the house. There is also a converted garage which is also occupied by another gentleman. In all, there are 4 gentlemen, 1 friendly dog, and 1 cat.

There is a friendly chilled atmosphere, amongst the housemates, who sometimes get together for braais.

The R1,250 kitty covers water, electricity, Wi-Fi connection, a Domestic cleaner every fortnight. All household cleaning products. A deposit of R9,750 is required plus your first month's rental and the monthly kitty expense. In order to qualify you need to earn R19,500. This will be a 6 month lease renewable.
